I spent years deciding
which businesses
won contracts.

Now I help them to win.

Rebecca Richardson, Founder

Procurement Edge was founded by Rebecca Richardson,
a procurement and commercial professional with more
than 20 years' experience across regulated
procurement environments, utilities and complex
supply chains.

Having spent much of her career working within highly
regulated sectors, Rebecca understands the standards,
governance expectations and supplier requirements
that businesses must meet to compete successfully
for larger contracts.

Rebecca is also highly experienced in drafting, evaluating
and scoring Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs),
supplier assessments and tender submissions,
providing valuable insight into how procurement teams
assess suppliers and make award decisions.

Today, Procurement Edge works with growing businesses
to identify gaps, strengthen capability and improve
readiness for future opportunities.

The focus is always practical: helping organisations build
buyer confidence, improve competitiveness and
position themselves for sustainable growth.

Whether you are preparing for your first major tender,
